The Lakenhal, a historic monument in the heart of Herentals (Belgium), will soon be fitted with BENGGlas vacuum glazing from LandVac Titanium VIG — a next step in the sustainable preservation of protected heritage. Originally built as a cloth hall for traders, this centuries-old structure remains one of the most recognisable landmarks in the city.
For this project, LandVac vacuum glazing was chosen — with a U-value of 0.40. This glass insulates three times better than HR++ glass, without modifications to the existing frames.
