To achieve a sustainable upgrade for Grand Café Het Oude Postkantoor, the project team selected BENGglas® Vacuum Glazing (powered by LandVac technology). This smart solution significantly enhances the building’s energy performance while fully preserving the original aesthetic of its historic windows.

Performance Meets Heritage

LandVac Vacuum glazing provides thermal insulation performance more than three times higher than traditional double glazing. This translates to reduced heat loss, superior indoor comfort, and lower energy bills—all achieved without altering the architectural character. This is particularly invaluable for buildings with deep historical significance.
